Hail, O Star of The Sea
HAIL STAR OF THE SEA. Ave Maris Stella (Latin for Hail, star of the sea) is a Marian hymn that was popular in the middle ages. The hymn presents the Virgin Mary as a merciful and loving mother and is also used as a prayer. During at Rome, a mob came to the house where St. Bridget lived.
