Is Life Hard? Here Is What God Promises.
The truth is at one point life will be difficult. Things will happen to you that will make you feel as if God has forsaken you. But did you know that He has so many promises for you when life gets hard, and He is faithful to His promises.
Here are a few promise for you that is walking on a broken road. You whose life seems getting worse everyday, promise from God not from man.
ISAIAH 43:2
God knows that in this world you will face many trials which might easily destroy and crush you but He promise to be there for you and that is why He assured you through prophet Isaiah that
"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."
Now God did not say if you pass through the rivers or if you walk through the fire, rather he said when you pass through meaning at some point in life you will pass through the rivers and walk through the fire. Be comforted knowing that it is Gods will and plan that you pass through life hardships and above all it is his promises to be with you through those hardships. And with Him by your side you will surely triumph every trials and hardships in life and be worthy of the eternal promises.
He promises us in Isaiah 41:10 That He is always with us, to strengthen and help us. To uphold us with His righteous right hand. Always remember that you will face trials and hardships but find courage in God's promises as given to us through prophet Isaiah 43:2 and 41:10.
ISAIAH 54:10
Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you.
Now a lot shall happen in your life. Mountains shall be shake and hills moved Marragies shall be shake, you might lose your job, death might take our loved ones but yet God's unfailing love for you shall not be shake neither his covenant of peace be removed. This is the same love that we find in the gospel of Saint John, for God so loved the world. The same love that we see in Jesus Christ crucified. And the covenant is fulfilled through our Lord's Jesus Christ for He Himself says in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
May you always find comfort not only in this but the many promises that God has given us, have faith that He will always be with us and like Job be ready to say Even if He slays me, I will hope in Him;...(Job 13:15) remembering that His yoke is easy and the burden He gives us is light to bear(Matthew 11:30).
